Rental Process
Once you’ve identified your rental item(s), please send us an email and provide your full name, type of event, event date, venue address, setup and pickup times, phone number, and email address. Write the names of the rental items and quantity you want to rent. We will send you a rental agreement for you to sign and an invoice with payment instructions. A deposit is required upon signing the agreement to secure your event date. For all other custom Flower arrangements and setups, client will be involved in choosing the flowers to be used via face-to-face consultation, text or video call to make sure client’s expectation of the product is met.
Please note: a 7% tax will be applied to the total rental cost.
Additional deliveries beyond 30 miles from Des Moines are subject to a transportation fee of $1.25 per mile (round trip).
